1、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)小巧，布置合理（它有布袋除塵器相比在同樣的體積情況下，過濾面積可增加3-5倍）
2、清灰效果強(qiáng)，降低壓差。

工作原理：
含塵氣體由上部進(jìn)風(fēng)口進(jìn)入氣箱，通過導(dǎo)流擋板勻稱的分布由過濾元件。在過濾元件的作用下，粉塵被吸附在過濾元件的表面，潔凈的氣體通過出口管道排出，吸在過濾元件表面的粉塵。利用電磁閥在控制儀的控制下（控制儀可根據(jù)實(shí)際工況進(jìn)行設(shè)定），對過濾元件輪流進(jìn)行清灰。因過濾元件為垂直安裝，所以能達(dá)到良好的清灰效果，以保證集塵器的正常工作。
